Having been a yoga teacher for over 20 years, I feel immense gratitude for the teachers that have come before me and shared their teachings with me.
My students and private clients have described my teaching style as inspirational, educational and motivational. As an educator, I appreciate the perspective I have gained from teaching across the country and internationally and enjoy infusing those experiences in my classes.
In my teaching, I value sharing yogic philosophy, the how’s and the why’s, and not just treating a yoga practice as calisthenics. Infusing mindfulness, meditation and positive affirmations in my teaching allows my students to experience moments of bliss on the mat so they can take their bliss off the mat.
I look forward to sharing my passion for yoga and inspiring your practice.
